12 raw oysters (jersey or carlingford)
50g tin anchovies
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 clove garlic
1. Dice the butter and leave at room temperature for 1 hour, add to a blender with the garlic, paprika and anchovies, then blitz until smooth. Keep the butter at room temperature.
2. Shuck the oysters and cut the meat from the shell.
3. Top the oysters with the butter and place on a hot BBQ.
4. Cook for approx 6 mins until the butter melts and starts bubbling.
