Grilled octopus, olive oil and gremolata

Ingredients:
1 packet cooked octopus tentacles (defrosted)
olive oil
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
20g parsley
1. Zest the lemon on a box grater, grate the garlic and finely chop the parsley and add all together
2. BBQ the octopus, slice and dress with the olive oil and gremolata
