Not as popular or well known as Turbot, but Brill fish is usually great value for money and many prefer it for its sweet, delicate flavour.
Our Fresh Whole Brill fish are hand prepared by our fishmonger and supplied pan or oven ready direct to your door. Simply place the whole 500g -1kg fresh Brill into a large roasting pan, splash with olive oil and roast in the oven for around 20-30 mins (see our recipe section for more detail). This whole roast Brill fish is ideal to share and makes a great family weekend roast.

Deliveries within Greater London are made by own fleet of vans and drivers. We will email you on the day of delivery to remind you that your box is out for delivery and provide you with an approximate 2 hour delivery window.
Our trusted delivery partners DPD deliver to the rest of the UK Mainland before 12.30pm weekdays (8am-7pm on Saturday).
Specialist Woolcool packaging is used for DPD deliveries to ensure your delivery remains cool or frozen and arrives in perfect condition.
