We currently delivery within the UK mainland (excludes Jersey, Scottish Highlands & Islands)via DPD. Deliveries for for Greater London are made by Wright Brothers own temperature controlled vans.
We have a minimum order value of £35 with a £10 delivery charge. Orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery. Please note that nationwide delivery on a Saturday carries a £6 charge regardless of order value.
We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a delivery slot/time. You will however receive an email on the day of your delivery with a 2 hour delivery window (1 hour for DPD deliveries) We recommend you are home within your delivery window, but you can provide provide delivery instructions on checkout.
We are currently operating a 3-day delivery turnaround for Nationwide and London deliveries. We don't deliver on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Order cut-off time is midnight every day.
Our dedicated Wright Brothers drivers deliver to postcodes in Greater London from 8am - 6pm. All other deliveries will be fulfilled via DPD and will be delivered before 12pm. Find out more
On the day of delivery you will receive an email to let you know your delivery window: 2 hour Greater London and 1 hour window (all other deliveries) via DPD.

We advise that someone is in during the delivery hours. We can leave your delivery in a safe place (and ideally out of the sunshine) but this is not advised and we will not be held responsible if anything happens to your delivery.
When you place your order with us, please add any 'delivery instructions' in the box on checkout. You can find this on the first page of the checkout process.
Our fuss free delivery option - you can choose any of our original seafood boxes as a recurring delivery at the frequency of your choice (from 2 weeks, monthly, bi-monthly). It’s easy to pause, cancel or change your delivery schedule from your account.
Visit our collection here and select the box you’d like to order. You then click on the ‘subscribe’ option and select the recurring delivery time that is suitable for you. Once selected, click on the ‘add to basket’ button and it will guide you to the checkout page to complete your first subscription order.
The rest of your upcoming subscription orders will automatically be put through following the recurring delivery time you have selected.
When you have placed your order, you’ll be asked to register your account with us. This will give you access to any orders you place and also your subscription account. After you login here, there’s a button to manage your subscription on the top right.
Click on delivery schedule to modify the delivery date or frequency of your upcoming orders. You can also cancel a box if you’ll be away from home for that delivery.

We vacuum pack all our fresh fish making it super convenient for immediate use or transferring to the freezer. If you have chosen any frozen items we will pack with food safe gel packs to keep the contents super cold. This will all be contained in an easily recyclable cardboard box
Deliveries made within Greater London will be made by Wright Brothers own temperature controlled vans. Nationwide deliveries will be fulfilled by DPD and there is an additional thermally insulated bag within the cardboard box to maintain your fish in perfect condition.

The majority of our fish is sourced via the South West coast through our experienced wholesale team based at Brixham Market. We support local fishermen and pride ourselves on knowing exactly where all our fish comes from, right down to the boat that landed it that day.
We vacuum pack all our fresh fish making it super convenient for immediate use but it can also be transferred to your freezer. Whilst you cannot beat the great taste and texture of really fresh fish, we would recommend freezing if you are not planning on eating it within a few days.

Yes, your oysters will come packaged in a dozen box which can easily be stored in your fridge. No need to remove them from this.
Oysters in your fridge should be consumed within 5 days. If you shuck your oyster please consume as soon as possible for optimum freshness.
