Della Vite Prosecco Superiore DOCG (75cl)
The first venture between sisters Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne, Della Vite Italian for ‘of the vine’ is a high quality, vegan and sustainably made Prosecco that is crafted by a third-generation wine-making family in a winery in the heart of the Valdobbiadene valley in North-Eastern Italy. Fusing the latest technology with traditional production methods, Della Vite Prosecco Superiore DOCG is light in colour and taste with smooth bubbles.
Due to many different factors such as bad weather or unprecedented demand, we reserve the right to offer alternative goods or of equal quality and value.
Q: How do I prepare my lobster
A: The lobster is delivered cooked and ready-to-eat. To split the lobster, place the lobster on a cutting board with its belly side up and tail closest to you. Hold down its tail with one hand; using a large sharp knife, start at the center of the lobster where the tail meets the body and cut in half lengthwise. Rotate the lobster so that the head is closest to you; repeat, cutting through its body and head.
Q: Is all your seafood sustainably caught
A: Yes, we practice sustainable sourcing. We feel it is our responsibility as a business to help preserve and enhance the health of our oceans and encourage responsible aquaculture, to ensure that future generations will continue to enjoy eating fish and seafood. Read more.
Q: Where do you get your seafood from
A: The majority of our fish is sourced via the South West coast through our experienced wholesale team based at Brixham Market. We support local fishermen and pride ourselves on knowing exactly where all our fish comes from, right down to the boat that landed it that day.
