Hailing from Scotland where they are known to have the world’s finest and freshest shellfish, but they also have the world’s largest share of fresh langoustines. Sustainably caught from the beautiful Scottish waters, these langoustines are frozen at sea to maintain their maximum freshness and flavour making them a highly prized and sought-after product.
With a meaty tail and prawn-like texture, enjoy their incredibly tasty and intense flavour by either boiling, steaming, pan-frying or deep-frying them for only a few minutes.
