    Haddock is a lean white flaky fish, rich in Omega 3. The fish is salt cured then gently smoked over oak at the Severn & Wye smokery. The fish retains the smoky flavour and is classically cooked in a pan of milk. Great in kedgeree, fish pie or gratin (as pictured).
